Ms. Cooper

Hello everyone! My name is Ms. Cooper (I go by Ms. or Counselor Cooper) and I am your school counselor for the 2023-2024 school year! I am a proud alumna of Norfolk State University and grew up in Newport News, VA. I have been a school counselor for seven years, with this year being my eighth! Prior to entering education I have worked in the field of community mental health for five years. In my spare time I love to travel, go to the beach, exercise, and dance! I am excited to support our students and families this year; please do not hesitate to reach out!

Hello! I am Ms. Larios; I am very excited to be one of the school counselors at Potomac View Elementary School for the 2023-2024 school year. I graduated from George Mason University this December with my Masters of Education in School Counseling. It will be my first year as a school counselor in PWCS and Potomac View ES; I am excited to learn and support our students' social-emotional and academic growth and become the best version of themselves. I was born in El Salvador and love pupusas. During my leisure time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, going on walks, and practicing self-care.
