With over fifteen years of experience in education, I bring a strong commitment to instructional leadership, equity, and fostering a collaborative school culture. My professional journey has included roles as a classroom teacher, instructional technology coach, and family engagement specialist—each deepening my dedication to creating environments where all students and staff can thrive.

I believe in the power of connection, creativity, and collaboration. My goal is to cultivate a supportive and inclusive environment where every student feels seen, heard, and empowered to succeed.
